超高压电气、制药、化学品、低温冷库、食品加工厂、奶制品厂、酿酒厂和重载荷强冲击的极端工业环境下使用。

Ultra-high voltage electrical, pharmaceutical, chemical, low temperature cold storage, food processing plants, dairy products factory, brewery strong shock and heavy load of extreme use in industrial environment.

★性能特点  The performance characteristics of

1、抗压强度、抗折强度尤其是抗冲击性能突出；坚韧且粘接强度好，因此具有很好的防止脱层和抗开裂性能；

2、化学性能：抗大多数无机有机溶液的侵蚀；对无机酸、有机酸、乳酸、油酸、果酸有较好的抗腐蚀性；

3、高低温性能：可在-40℃～+120℃下长期使用，12mm 厚的地坪可耐150℃短时热冲击。

1, plain ground treatment: polished clean, base requires dry, level off, without an empty drum;

2, primer: a two-component specified amount proportion beaten, use roller coating or blade construction;

3, in the paint: a two-component specified amount matching beaten, use blade construction;

4, paint: the main materials and the ratio of amount of curing agent in the specified color together, use roller coating or spray application.

★施工工序  Construction process

1、基面处理：打磨基面、清洁干燥；

2、底涂层：用聚氨酯底涂滚刷；

3、砂浆中涂层：用聚氨酯中涂料，刮涂至所需的厚度；

4、面涂层：用聚氨酯封闭剂，滚涂。
