★施工工序  Construction process

1、基础要求：对砂眼和裂缝预先修复处理，素地须坚实平整，室外场地需设计一定排水坡度，混凝土强度必须达到C 25以上，并且须用机械打磨收光；

2、硅彩底漆：将专用的硅彩底涂充分搅拌均匀后，先用毛刷将圆弧踢脚线均匀涂刷底涂，并采用刮涂或滚涂将硅彩底漆均匀涂刷在地面，必须保证没有漏涂或底涂堆积；

3、砂浆找平：待无机底漆干透后进行刮砂找平，根据基层情况用无机底漆、石英砂和滑石粉调配，先用相对较稠的料 对砂眼、裂缝、V型槽进行填补找平等彻底干透后用稀稠适中的料对整个基层刮一次；

4、打磨：第二遍刮砂彻底干透后，对整个基层进行打磨找平，并清理粉尘；

5、面涂：腻子干燥后用无气喷涂机或者滚筒均匀的薄涂两遍。
